It’s a milestone moment for YPM Group. We’re proud to announce the official opening of our office on the Gold Coast. This exciting step follows over a decade of delivering results across South East Queensland and Victoria.
With several of our team already calling the Gold Coast home, establishing a permanent base here was a natural progression. The region’s ongoing growth and vibrant property market made the decision an easy one.
Over the past three months, our team has poured their energy into creating a space that reflects the same level of quality, professionalism and welcoming atmosphere as our Brisbane office. From concept to completion, it’s been a true labour of love.
Although we are relatively new to the Gold Coast, YPM Group has made a significant impact in Brisbane. Operating for over 11 years and amassing $5.2 billion in sales value means we’re well cemented in the Brisbane luxury residential development industry. Our small but mighty team consists of our high-powered Project Sales Team, Executive Team, Marketing and Administrative Teams. While our home base is located in Teneriffe, our team members are based across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Melbourne, ensuring we have experts on the ground.
Here at YPM Group, we aim to ensure quality and a high calibre of service with everything we do. We believe that building genuine relationships is the key to long-term industry success. This can be seen through our long-standing developer relationships with Spyre, Azure and Far East Consortium, to name a few.
Over the past 11 years, we’ve had the pleasure of marketing and selling some of Brisbane’s most notable projects, such as Queen’s Wharf Residences, Teneriffe Banks, ARC Residences, Sorano House and Catalina. This has translated to over 6,000 residential sales, with an average sale value of $970,000.
It’s no secret that we plan to hit the ground running on the Gold Coast, continuing to strengthen our existing relationships while forging new ones. As a testament to our partnership with Gold Coast-based Brique Projects, we’ve had the pleasure of selling and settling Ame on Riviera, as well as currently working on Cypress Terrace.
Beyond that, our partner agency YPM Avanti has been operating on the Gold Coast for over five years, selling and settling The Star Residences and Epsilon Tower, the sister project to Queen’s Wharf in Brisbane. This project included the sale of over 220 residences, equating to over $200 million in sale value.
Development and residential sales are thriving right now, especially across South East Queensland. With our existing work already well-established on the Gold Coast, and Director Bryce O’Connor’s early roots on the Glitter Strip, expanding our presence in the region felt like a natural and strategic progression.
Reflecting on the decision to expand more permanently to the Gold Coast, O’Connor explained, “It was time to commit further to that market. The demand is there… There’s a lot of product coming to the market, and we see a service gap. We want to provide more of the fully integrated service we’re known for in Brisbane to the Gold Coast.”
