Dripping in luxury details, it is rumoured to have hosted stars like Harry Styles.
The property is at the pointy end of Brisbane’s market, with the record for units currently held by the Argyle penthouse in New Farm, which sold off the plan for $16.5 million in February.
Unlike other penthouses in the city, this one includes access to the hotel’s concierge service with dog walking, laundry services and bar staff just a call away.

It has been retained by the family who developed the Emporium since 2018.
Agents say the future owner could be a local with plenty of interest both here and abroad.
“It’s somebody who appreciates design, experience and position, and is looking for something that nobody else can secure,” Rand said.Rand said.
