About Tom Diver
Tom is an experienced real estate professional with a decade of industry expertise across residential sales and project marketing. His career has encompassed residential property sales throughout Brisbane’s Eastern Bayside suburbs, as well as high-end off-the-plan new construction sales across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and Sunshine Coast.
Since joining YPM in January 2025, Tom has played a key role in successfully delivering results on major projects, starting as the lead agent for Stage 1 of the Saint Eves Residential housing estate in Rochedale. He is currently focused on the sales campaign of VILA Residences, within the master-planned East Village precinct, Cannon Hill.
Combining a strong foundation in both residential sales and new development marketing with high attention to detail, Tom brings a strategic, solutions-focused approach to every transaction. His ability to manage complex negotiations, understand market dynamics, and build confidence with buyers and stakeholders contributed to the successful sell-out of over $81,000,000 on his first project with YPM.
