Maxine brings over 16 years of experience in the residential property management industry to YPM Group. With an energetic and dynamic approach, she assures you that she is the exact right person to be looking after your biggest asset.

New to the YPM team in 2022, Maxine joined YPM Group as the lead Property Manager & Business Development Manager, excited to work with a team whose aim is to innovate and improve the customer journey in the industry.  Maxine’s extensive property, customer service and leasing experience provides her with the ability to explain all processes and procedures whilst dropping the real estate jargon. This shines true when tasked with the role of assisting prospective tenants with their relocation to Brisbane. Maxine is able to assess what a tenant wants in their next home and advise them of the perfect location to suit their needs.
