About Bryce O’Connor
Bryce O’Connor is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of YPM Group, one of Australia’s leading project marketing and residential sales agencies. With more than 20 years of experience in residential property and development sales, Bryce has built a reputation for delivering strategic advice, market insight and exceptional sales outcomes across South East Queensland and Victoria.
Since establishing YPM Group in 2014, Bryce has overseen the sale of more than 7,000 residences and contributed to over $7 billion in property transactions. He has worked alongside many of Australia’s most respected developers, including Mirvac, Far East Consortium and Gurner, providing advisory services spanning feasibility, apartment mix, pricing strategy, project positioning and sales execution.
Bryce is recognised for his ability to identify value, solve complex development challenges and align product with market demand.
